Saju is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in software technology and products, recognised as one of the pioneers of the Indian IT Industry in Kerala. He continues to drive Verbat’s technology strategy and direction around its services and products, with a current focus on Internet Technologies, Infrastructure Solutions and Online Payments.
Dev has a plethora of successful global operations expertise with top tier IT companies in India, USA and the Middle East prior to joining Verbat. As CEO for Verbat, he is instrumental in implementing disruptive business models to support Verbat's aggressive growth plans. He was also a key member of UST Global's growth story, playing crucial roles in establishing cost effective delivery centres and building its financial services business.
Deepthi is a seasoned business professional with a successful track record of driving fast paced business growth for Verbat in the Middle East market, through the acquisition of a number of strategic customers. Based out of Verbat's Dubai office, she heads Middle East business and leads expansion into Emerging Markets.
Prashant is a fiscally conscious, and goal driven professional with over 15 years of strategic IT and industry experience in multiple disciplines. He has completed his Engineering and M.S. in the US and followed it up with very strong IT leadership experience with top companies in the US. As a software delivery expert, he has a rich cross functional experience in translating business needs into technology requirements, defining, developing roadmaps, rolling out IT solutions across the segments of enterprise with an eye on driving product vision alignment to development activities and business goals. He is a certified Scrum Master and a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect.
Shibu's expertise in Digital Technologies and his business forward approach has helped Verbat's customers derive significant results on Digital channels over the years. He is currently responsible for Global Marketing, Sales Support and Alliances. Shibu’s strong technology background coupled with his passion for B2B marketing places him in a great position to execute strategies in building brand awareness and market share for Verbat.
